Haft rechtswidrig: Polizei veruteilt Die Polizei hat im bei der Verhaftung von Cheibani Wague, 33, rechtswidrig agiert. Mit diesem Urteil gab der Unabhängige Verwaltungssenat Wien am Donnerstag der Beschwerde der Witwe des Schwarzafrikaners Recht. Der Mauretanier erstickte, als er im Juli 2003 verhaftet wurde.Alles rechtens Proll 28-7-2000 Chebani Wague. Der Innenminister findet die Amtshandlung der Polizei völlig in Ordnung. Über die Vorverurteilung der Exekutive ist er empört.

Stencil Street Art is a project by Katrin Winkel and Andreas Gohr. It is a 23 collection of photographies depicting streetart created using the stencil technique (sometimes called pochoirs). Most of the images were taken in Berlin, Germany but the phenomen is seen and photographed around the world.
